Our goal is for our customers to receive their products as soon as possible. Typically, all orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day. Special or custom orders can take longer to ship depending on inventory availability and custom product specifications. If a delay in shipment occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Online orders will be shipped through UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please contact us if you are interested in expedited shipping. Certain large/heavy products are required to be shipped via freight service, which is an additional charge. This will be indicated on the product description. If freight shipping is required, product must be shipped to a business address. If this occurs, we will contact you with specific costs. If a free shipping special is offered, freight shipping is excluded.

We accept returns on unopened, unused, non-custom products. Product must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return by obtaining an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Form. For qualified returns, you have the option of 1) a refund of the purchase amount, less a 15% restocking fee or 2) a store credit of the full purchase amount. Shipping costs of all returns is the responsibility of the customer. All returned items are subject to full inspection by CDT and if we deem the product is damaged, parts are missing or used/opened package, there will be no refund or credit given and customer is responsible for shipping back to customer. Electrical products (ie: tuners, programmers, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange
